  • Week 2: What Grief Reveals -- Grief as mirror, map, and companion.

  • Week 3: Masks We Wear, Stories We Tell -- What am I hiding to feel safe? What do I long to say?

  • Week 4: Ritual, Remembrance, and Meaning-Making -- What do I want to carry forward?

  • Week 5: The Threads That Remain -- Noticing what's steady, enduring, or reemerging.

  • Week 6: Who Am I Becoming? -- Integrating grief, growth, and ongoing transformation.
