Rooted in community, story, and self-discovery, participants will explore how loss reshapes who we are, and what it means to carry both sorrow and growth.

Week 1: The Self in Transition -- Who was I before this? Who am I now?

Week 2: What Grief Reveals -- Grief as mirror, map, and companion.

Week 3: Masks We Wear, Stories We Tell -- What am I hiding to feel safe? What do I long to say?

Week 4: Ritual, Remembrance, and Meaning-Making -- What do I want to carry forward?

Week 5: The Threads That Remain -- Noticing what's steady, enduring, or reemerging.

Week 6: Who Am I Becoming? -- Integrating grief, growth, and ongoing transformation.
Faculty: Steven Karaiskos, PhD. A Social Emotional Learning expert with extensive experience based on principles derived from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, Steven is the Founder of Elpis Consulting, Coaching, & Community Building; the program director and board member of The Kita Center, a restorative community honoring the lived experience of those impacted by suicide; and the former Senior Director of Community Education and Outreach for Samaritans, a Boston-based suicide prevention and grief support organization. Steven lost his partner David to suicide in 2009 and is a longtime member of Coping After Suicide’s national Support Group Facilitator Corps.
Deep Dive workshops are designed to be interactive, and we strongly encourage you to attend in real-time, if at all possible. Recordings will be provided to registrants at the conclusion of the six-session workshop series.
