Groups are intended for peer support and consist of ten 90-minute meetings on the Zoom.us videoconference platform. It is expected that all members make their best effort to attend all meetings in the cycle. Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first served basis.

Any advice or guidance that may be provided is not intended to constitute therapy or mental health counseling and shall not be so construed.
